The terms that govern VETos and Nova 5 across Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom. The contracting entity, pricing and commercial terms for each customer are set out in the Order Form.

Order of precedence

Each customer's agreement comprises the documents above. Where they conflict, the order of precedence is: (1) the Order Form; (2) the applicable Jurisdiction Schedule; (3) the Data Processing Addendum; (4) the Service Level Agreement and Onboarding Services Schedule; and (5) the Master Subscription Agreement.

Who you contract with

SupaHuman is two companies. Supahuman Limited (New Zealand, NZBN 9429050314928) is the parent company and contracts with customers in New Zealand, the United Kingdom and everywhere outside Australia. Supahuman Pty Ltd (ABN 25 701 059 743) is its Australian subsidiary and contracts with customers in Australia. The Order Form names the Supplier; the matching Jurisdiction Schedule sets the governing law. Whichever company you contract with, the same product, security measures and Data Processing Addendum apply, and the other company may help provide the service as an affiliate and sub-processor.
